The website oceano seafood and its contents and system operational software is the sole ownership of oceano seafood .
All orders placed on the website are confirmed only subject to availability of the Fish.
Each fish is weighed before cleaning.
Bill amount is calculated considering the weight of the fish before cleaning.
Expected weight loss after fish cleaning varies between 20% to 45% depending upon the Fish.
Expected weight loss after fish fillet and boneless varies between 45% to 55% depending upon the Fish.
Delivery shall take place in the available slots only.
Fish shall be consumed before 24 hours, as we do not process the fish for storage.
On door canceling order without informing reason of cancellation to customer care oceano seafood has the right to indefinitely suspend or terminate or block access of your membership.
In the event that a oceano seafood product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, oceano seafood reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
oceano seafood reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit/debit card charged. If your credit/debit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled oceano seafood shall issue a credit to your credit/debit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
We take the utmost care in serving our customers and deliver the orders as per booking confirmation. However if you find that your order has a damaged packaging or the fish are not fresh or the fish quantity or type/category is not as per order booking confirmation, kindly check all these at the time of delivery in front our delivery staff and inform the customer care executive immediately and obtain Redelivery Order No. we will replace it for you at the next earliest delivery time or day as per availability of fish/seafood type and quantity you had ordered. Any claims thereafter would not be entertained under any circumstances.
We strictly follow No Refund Policy once the order is confirmed and delivered to customer. However if we could not redeliver the return order as per our above mention return policy then we will refund the already paid amount as per payment option selected within 3 working days.On door canceling order without informing reason of cancellation to customer care oceano seafood has the right to indefinitely suspend or terminate or block access of your membership.
Customer can cancel the order on booking day before 9.30 pm.
